Access your Account through the ezph Platform. Make sure you are logged in to the Account you wish to exclude. If you have multiple Accounts, please contact our support team for assistance.
Go to your Account Settings and select the "Responsible Gaming" tab. You will find all available tools here, including deposit limits, session limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options.
Select how long you want to be excluded: 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure. Think carefully about what you need. All options take effect immediately upon confirmation.
Confirm your choice. Your Account will be locked immediately. You will receive a confirmation email. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager. Marketing communications will also be suspended.
